Scope and building updates
A staff page is unexpectedly empty
Section titled “A staff page is unexpectedly empty”Check Current scope in the sidebar. A filtered URL still respects the active building scope. Select the building that owns the records or use All Buildings when your role allows it.
Landlords and Observers can only select assigned buildings. Ask the organization admin to review assignments if a building is absent.
An announcement is missing
Section titled “An announcement is missing”For tenants and Observers, the announcement must be published, non-archived, assigned to an accessible building, and inside its active time window.
Staff should check the building filter, publication state, start time, end time, and archive state. Also verify the timezone used when the time was selected.
A news post is missing
Section titled “A news post is missing”Tenants and Observers only see published, non-archived posts for accessible buildings. Draft and scheduled posts remain staff-only until publication.
An incident is missing
Section titled “An incident is missing”Tenants and Observers only see active incidents that staff published to residents. Archived incidents leave active and resident views. Personal linked tickets and staff evidence remain hidden even when the incident is visible.
New labels returned
Section titled “New labels returned”Unread state is per user. Opening a record or using Read all clears it for your account only. A later comment, update, or other supported activity can create New update again.
Dates or times look wrong
Section titled “Dates or times look wrong”Open Settings > Profile and verify the timezone and time format. A timezone controls the displayed local time; 12-hour or 24-hour format only changes notation.
Building branding did not refresh
Section titled “Building branding did not refresh”After saving, wait for the success message and allow the page to update. If the old image remains after navigation, refresh once and contact support with the building name and image type.
