Invitation and building scope
Accept the invitation
Section titled “Accept the invitation”- Open the invitation email.
- Use the invitation link before it expires.
- Sign in or create an account with the invited email address.
- Complete email verification and account setup when requested.
- Open the dashboard.
If you already have a Sicket account with the same email, sign in and accept the invitation with that account.
Current scope
Section titled “Current scope”The sidebar scope selector contains only buildings assigned to you. Select All Buildings for a combined overview or choose one building for a focused view.
Changing scope changes the dashboard, tickets, announcements, news, incidents, buildings, and analytics you can see. It never adds access to an unassigned building.
Change assigned buildings
Section titled “Change assigned buildings”Only the organization admin can add or remove Observer building assignments. Ask the admin if a building is missing or should no longer be visible.
Common issues
Section titled “Common issues”If the invitation expired, ask the organization admin to resend it.
If a page is absent from the sidebar, it is probably outside Observer permissions rather than a loading problem.
If all pages are empty, confirm that at least one building is assigned to your Observer account.
