Billing basics
Billing belongs to the organization account, not to individual tenants.
Self-serve plans
Section titled “Self-serve plans”Starter and Professional are self-serve monthly plans managed through Stripe.
Organization admins with billing access can start checkout, manage payment methods and invoices, upgrade, downgrade, cancel, and reactivate where available.
Enterprise
Section titled “Enterprise”Enterprise is handled as a custom plan. The Sicket team manages Enterprise commercial terms directly with the customer.
Plan limits
Section titled “Plan limits”Plans can limit buildings, residential units, landlords, Observers, knowledge base entries, attachment storage, analytics, and other features.
Current default limits are:
| Limit | Starter | Professional | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|
| Buildings | 1 | 5 | Configured for the organization |
| Residential units | 10 | 500 | Configured for the organization |
| Landlords | Not included | 5 | Configured for the organization |
| Observers | Not included | 10 | Configured for the organization |
| Knowledge Base entries | Not included | 100 | Configured for the organization |
| Attachment storage | 1 GB | 50 GB | Configured for the organization |
| Analytics | Not included | Included | Included |
Knowledge Base usage is pooled across the organization. Professional includes 100 total entries across all buildings, not 100 entries per building. Every entry must belong to one building.
If a downgrade would exceed a lower plan’s limits, Sicket should explain what needs to be reduced before the downgrade can continue.
My Plan shows the effective limits for the current organization and is the source of truth if an Enterprise agreement or custom limit differs from this table.
