Review invitation status
Section titled “Review invitation status”The invitation table shows pending, accepted, expired, and revoked invitations. Use search, role and status filters, sorting, and accepted/latest-update information to find recent changes.
Resend a pending invitation only when needed. Buttons are disabled while a request is running so repeated taps do not send duplicate email.
Review tenants
Section titled “Review tenants”Open People to view tenants in your assigned scope. Open a person detail page for their residential unit, account state, active assignment, and authorized lifecycle actions.
Move a tenant out
Section titled “Move a tenant out”Use the tenant detail page to schedule a future move-out date. The tenant stays active until that date. Tenant-requested move-outs can be reviewed and confirmed by staff; an unconfirmed request can be cancelled by the tenant.
Completed move-out history remains with the person record. The same user account can be invited again later with the same email.
Building boundaries
Section titled “Building boundaries”Landlords only see and manage tenants connected to assigned buildings. Ask the organization admin to change landlord building assignments.
