Give resolution feedback

Give feedback after a ticket is resolved.

Feedback helps staff understand whether the answer or fix actually solved the issue.

The tenant who created the resolved or closed ticket.

Other tenants cannot submit feedback merely because they can see a community ticket. This prevents future residents or unrelated neighbors from rating someone else’s resolution.

Open your resolved or closed ticket from My Tickets.

  1. Open the resolved ticket.
  2. Find the resolution feedback section.
  3. Choose a star rating.
  4. Add optional feedback if the page asks for it.
  5. Submit the feedback.

Star rating shows how helpful the resolution was.

Optional feedback gives staff more context.

Staff can use feedback to understand tenant satisfaction and improve future handling.

Feedback can also support reporting on resolution quality and workload impact.

If the ticket is not resolved yet, the feedback section may not appear.

Resolved and closed conversations are read-only. Create a new ticket if the issue returned or still needs action.
