Customer Overview

Sicket helps organizations manage buildings, communicate with residents, and keep support work organized through Tickets, Announcements, and tenant-safe self-service help.

This section is written for customers who want to understand the platform without reading API or backend details first.

Sicket is designed for three main customer roles:

  • Organization owner or admin: sets up the workspace, buildings, users, and plan usage
  • Landlord: manages day-to-day work for assigned buildings
  • Tenant: creates and follows Tickets, reads Announcements, and uses self-service help

Most teams use Sicket to:

  • create the right building structure
  • invite landlords and tenants into the correct scope
  • manage Tickets in a clear, trackable way
  • send building or organization Announcements
  • reduce duplicate reporting with community visibility and self-service help
